I have been MIA this week as on Saturday my community of Sanford, NC was hit by a deadly tornado. Over 20,000 people were affected. Our Lowes Hardware, Tractor Supply Company, Big Lots, and many, many, many other homes and businesses were hit. 6 families where I work were directly affected and 1 person from our daycare. Thank goodness out community is as wonderful as I thought it was. We have donations and helping hands pouring in. If you would like to help please send WalMart gift cards or basic toiletries to me please leave a comment with your email and I will send it to you. There is one of many drop off centers less than 2 minutes from my house. The very first day I found out about the need I packed up half my kids clothes and sent them to those who needed them. Me and Nick are going through everything else we own to see what we can give. I believe you can give to the Red Cross in our area as well if you want to go that route. They need our help. You can google Sanford, NC or here are some pictures:
Just tragic! Your community is in my prayers.
