Design D.I.V.A.S Challenge

We were to use a very unique technique (which if you know me I don't venture into the technique world much) with our cuttlebug and scrap paper. Instead of using scrap pieces, I used scrap punch pieces and this is how it turned out...I didn't trim the white completely perfect to give it the scrap feel instead of the background.
Not completely sure that I like my colors, but I guess I am just happy I tried a new technique!
(Our Daily Bread, Stampin' Up! Paper and Punches)
Please don't forget to check out the ladies at Fun-Frilled this week...if you love Rachel Ray - you won't want to miss it - our cards were completed in 30 minutes or less!!
Hug the one you are with ladies!

  1. We aren't creative anymore if we don't keep trying new techniques. I love the little yellow brads you have on some of your flowers - makes some of them stand out amongst the busyness and sometimes you need that. Your sentiment really pops the way you have it too.

  4. What a great idea to run punched items through the cuttlebug. And I like the yellow brads, too. They look so cool on the pink flowers. Enjoy your Monday!

  19. I like it! I know what you mean, I tend to shy away from many techniques. Some I like and some I try once and never do it again.
