Family Time this weekend was fun....our deck now has the stairs...just waiting on railings and we will be done by this coming weekend as we are having family in for Ryley's 2nd Birthday (sniff, sniff) - SO pictures to come!!

Deedee's Digi's Design Team Memeber - ME!!!!!

Hello Everyone!

I am now an official member of the Deedee's Digi's Design Team over on CDAC!

Here are my first two creations with her wonderful work!

I used all scraps (still doing well on my new year resolution to use them up!), Stampin' Up Punches, BIC Markers to color these fantastic Deedee Digi Images!

Digi is Uneggspected - comes with another sentiment when purchased!!

You cannot beat how cute these images are!!!

Digi is Lucky Teddy and it comes with 4 total sentiments.

These are too cute - I can't say that enough!

 (Night of Navy and a cream colored one I am not sure of the name - sorry!)

The Ribbon is matching Stampin' Up!.

Making Memories is the brad I used for the head.

Swirly Design was traced from the original image (paper pieced wings) and a white gel pen.

Stamping Dragon Daydream

Okay - picture the move "Wayne's World" with Mike Myers and Dana Carvey.....Garth sees this blonde girl come into the donut shop and the song "Dream Weaver" comes on and she is in slow motion with wind blowing her hair....got the image....right?

Call me silly, but when I saw this image of Penny Dragon in Heart - That is what I thought of!! Except of course it would be Rupert Dragon thinking of Penny Dragon!  Yes I am silly.  Why don't you try and recreate some fun memories with a new image from Stamping Dragon Designs??

The image is colored with my BIC Markers

The crowns on the princess and the frog are highlighted with some Smooch Pearlized Top Coat - even though you can't tell!

Creative Clear Stamps Wednesday

I get to post for CREATIVE CLEAR STAMPS on Wednesdays - aren't I the lucky one??

So last week we visited the stamp set MAKE A WISH with a simple brown and white masculine card.

This week we are going to take the same stamped image, color it and make it fit for a little boy!!

I used the fun character image and colored it in with my BIC Markers, raided my scrap bin for all the papers and used some Stampin' Up! Ribbon to embellish.

To add some flare I took one of the many sentiments in the set and decorated the inside of the card!!

Weekend Update!

Hey ladies! 

We had a great family weekend that included minimal crafting, deck building, Daytona 500, bread making and picking out the VBS theme for this year.

We had a family weekend.  Besides for an unfortunate death in a friends family, and a party for some friends moving to Belgium, we had a good family weekend.

Sometimes you just need to take a break to get all your mojo going again!

Guess what it is back! But you cannot see until tomorrow - HA!

I will post pictures of the deck once it is done!

Stamp-N-Doodle Valentine Kiss

So Stamp-N-Doodle has a little challenge going on....Ribbon, Embossing, & Bling - OH MY!

I used the image Valetine Kiss, added some dry line embossing, and the candy box has Smooch glittler on it...and I know you have to take my word for it as glitter almost never shows up in pictures - so trust me...it is there!  The Ribbon got added times three - Martha Stewart ribbon company can thank me later for being in almost every post this week!  BIC Markers should also send me royalties as I color every image with them!

Here is is without further ado:

DSP and Cardstock are yet again from my scrap pile (I am kicking butt on my using scraps goal for this year!!) and the white cardstock is Georgia Pacific.

So Proud!

Happy Wednesday!

So I always love to make sure my kids feel loved...in everything they do which my husband thinks is silly sometimes! Abby (my oldest at 3.5 years old) is in dance. She is learning her recital routine now. She actually is paying attention and learning which I can't believe! I wanted her to know I was so proud of her and will be no matter what as long as she tried her hardest!

So I just so happen to be looking through me Creative Clear Stamps and found the perfect one!

"So Proud" is one of the single sentiment stamps that is carried in the store found HERE - or you can go direct to the stamp HERE.

I am still using up all my scraps so I an not aware of who the DSP is from, but the cardstock is Stampin' Up!, and the Ribbon is from Martha Stewart. The Ink I used is the Unity Ink sold through {Ippity}.

I got the girls something special this year from my good friends at Polka Dots & Whatnotz.....I was not feeling it this year....they are great and were a hit!

Good news too! I have been selected to a design team at CDAC for a new DT!  I can't wait to show you more! I will be uploading Photots to CDAC for them once I get them all photographed and ready to go! I will share them here on Mondays once I get them done!

Make A Wish - Creative Clear Stamps

Good Wednesday Morning! Today I had fun playing with a stamp set called Make A Wish found HERE.  I love to send birthday cards as I send about 20 a month. This is a great one for those men or little boys in your life that want more than the typical cake or balloons - it has plenty of sentiments as well - you can't go wrong with this perfect birthday set!

Got Worms??

When I first received this stamp set I knew it was going to be the first one I used. The 10 catchy phrases and images of the stamp set "Hooked on Fishing" jumped at me! I also knew that when I saw this cute little guy I would be using him on my first project....he reminds me of the silly story kids tell about "Hermie the Worm" - SO CUTE! I tried to keep the card simple to showcase my pal Hermie and I hope you can all agree he steals the show!
