Just Give It Away August

So for my first day of August I am giving away some things I have (some were sadly unused) that need a home that will use them for their intended purpose!

I had bought a whole bunch of Stamping Bella rubber stamps that everyone fondly calls "Bellas" - they are super cute and super fun, but I just don't use them anymore!

The thing about Bellas is that they come from Canada so the shipping sucks and some people don't usually buy them because of it.

I went onto the WISH-RAK forum on www.Splitcoaststampers.comand found some people who were wishing for the stamped images. Instead of just getting some stamped off images, they are going to enjoy the actual stamp!  Kinda makes my heart happy to give people more than what they asked for! 

Today is also my awesome husband's birthday!

So I actually broke out the stamp stuff and made him a card. I completed CASed this card from a swap card I received - but most men go for the simple - so it works!

Oh Bella....

I had this love for Bellas...then it went away...now we are friends.

I thin it is because I just had overkill on her.

But we are good now!

I was asked to do bridal shower invitations and this is what I came up with!

First of all I apologize on the stinky picture...I need a light tent....or at least I want one!
The Stamping Bella is Sposabella, Cardstock is Georgia Pacific, BIC Markers (my favorite!), some glitter on the flowers, and the Cuttlebug background. Topped it all off with some Wal-Mart ribbon and it was good to go. To make it fancy I printed off the details on linen paper and put it in inside....super cute!

I seriously can't wait until the next group of In Colors come out though as this year's were not my favorite...

I love the layout with the black...gives it a classic look!

DKOS #23 Cards!

We had to use something from the Manhatten Collection...here it is! I love this stamp set. I would have never bought it but my demo Manda Doorley (aka manda_dex on SCS) picked it out for me...I told her I needed a couple new sets and this is one of th eones she picked - great job Manda! ***Click her name to shop her website!

We had to use a Bella image and make it fun - hope this worked!!

I have been saying I would get these posted...and now they finally are - only becuase SCS is down and I can't spend my time there!!

Lots of Cards To Show!

I am in a swap called Raining Bellas! on SCS where each month 4 people are named and we all shower them with Bellas...These are a few I made for the next month's winners....thought I should get ahead since I might not have too much time!

Here is one for this month's...I made some of the bubbles stand out by using the clear stuff that makes it shine...have no clue what it is called though!! I used all scraps - same for all the raining bella cards!

Here is a purple one I threw in to get us all thinking about spring and summer coming up!!

This cutie pie is from a swap where we send everyone in our group the image, the paper, and the embellishments - the card is up to you! Now the brown is overshadowing the pink base, but trust me it was cute...now to find a flesh colored marker!!!

This one is for a children's birthday swap...I picked a girl of course!!

Hello Bella!

I know I have not posted in a couple days...got the flu bug that is going around, yuck! I am back though!! I will have some more cards to post tomorrow - so please check back ladies!!

So here is the last of my Bella swap collection...She is for January and she is kissing last year goodbye...The first one I made I didn't like so I altered her to make the ones I am sending!

I'm Back!

Sorry for leaving you without posts for a couple days..Abby had to get her finger drained at the ER (yes it was gross), school paper, doctors appointment, new ID card, and preadmintance forms....anything else? Thanks goodness not that I know of! HAHA!

The first card is a beautiful card by my friend Michelle (Inside My Own Private Idaho blog - link to the bottom left ). She always seems to make great cards without having to color an image (wink, wink..). My favorite colors to boot! She can be on my design team anytime!! Hey Michelle - Nascar in a week and a half!

These next two bella cards are for a year of bellas swap I am in...basically what that means is I am crazy because you have to make 13 of each card...the first one is for November...Nick said it is not one of his favorites but it was good...thanks hun for the encouragement! :) The second one is for June since that seems to be wedding season....now to finish up my January spot (3 different groups)...that one is stumping me!

Yet another swap for landscapes and nature...I totally CASED the card out of the splitcoast gallery from a lady who also CASED the card...I apologize that I did not get the name written down before Abby turned the computer off...sill girl - but a great card to steal!

Last but not least this was the card I made with the card materials I was given in one of my secret sister card kit clubs. Very festive!!

Cards!

The first three are from a round robin card kit swap I participated in...The robot was from chandapie and the other two were from Cher2008 (both great members of SCS). The next two were for a Spring/Summer swap hosted by Deb_t (sorry about the pink turning out kind of blinding!). Chefabella was for a Year of Cards swap that I did where you will get twelve cards back...I love these ones becuase you get a card for every occasion this way! The House Mouse stamp was for brickhousecards House Mouse with a twist swap where you also gave three images with each card. Enjoy!
